Deleting your Props account

The Props app is operated by Arkkeo Oy. You can delete your Props account in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open the Props app.
2. Go to the Account tab and select “Support”.
3. Select “Delete Account”.

By email

Send a deletion request to support@propspoints.com.

What happens to your data

Deleting your account also deletes all personal data linked to it. After deletion, data is kept only where needed for the purposes defined in our privacy policy, to comply with statutory obligations or to protect legal rights. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your Props account.
